A day in the life of…

As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health safety standards within the hotel.

Based in the Hampton by Hilton Hamilton, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a hotel or similar management role. You should also be able to display a strong knowledge of health and safety platforms and online reporting. Additionally, be able to deliver hotel team fire and emergency training sessions.
