Financial Planner - Leicester, Home based - Salary negotiable plus Bonus and benefits

MBF are currently working with a boutique Wealth Management business based in Leicester who are looking to add a Financial Planner to their team.

The company specialise in providing Stockbroking and Wealth Planning services to HNW clients across the Midlands. The Wealth Planning team currently have 3 Advisors, one of whom is approaching retirement and therefore this role is in view of succession planning

The role:

• The successful candidate will be working with a mix of new leads and existing clients, which will be provided by the company, so there is no requirement for you to bring any clients with you. Of course, candidates who are able to bring their own clients will also be welcomed.
• You will be providing financial advice across all areas, with solutions tailored depending on the client's requirements.
• The role will mainly be working from home/ visiting clients, with the requirement to visit the office only occasionally to work with the support staff on certain cases or to attend the odd team meeting. However, it would be good to find a fairly local candidate because clients will mainly be based in the Midlands.
• We are looking for a candidate who will view this role as a long term opportunity. Someone who will become a key part of the business and a key point of contact in the lives of their clients

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST be Level 4 Qualified as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered
• You will ideally be an experienced Financial Planner, with a strong knowledge of all financial services products and services.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are essential
• The company would consider a Trainee Financial Planner; perhaps an experienced Paraplanner looking to take a step up or a Financial Advisor at the early stages of their career. Personality is key
