RACE (Remote Applications in Challenging Environments) designs, procures, commissions, operates and maintains the wide range equipment used for maintenance and enhancements of the JET Tokamak and is active in the design and development of remote maintenance systems used in ITER and DEMO fusion reactors. In this role, you'll act as a super user/administrator for our new asset management system, coordinating with other departments and managing the storage and inventory of equipment. As a nominated delegate for an Asset Manager, you'll also be responsible for maintaining our digital visibility and ensuring that our software is always up to date. Additionally, you'll support other areas of our facilities team, including the test facilities and autonomous vehicle areas, RACE buildings & facilities maintenance and improvements, as well as work closely with our IT department.
