Warehouse Operative – Reach Truck Driver, Wath – Night Shift

Package

Salary : £13.60 to £13.95 per hour.

(Includes OTE attendance bonus of £50.00 per month which is equivalent to £0.29 per hour)

Contract : Full Time, Permanent

Hours : 40 hours per week, plus overtime.

Shift Pattern : Sunday – 20:00hrs to 06:10hrs

Monday to Friday – 22:00hrs to 06:10hrs

Overtime : Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours

Payable at x1.5 weekends

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks

• All operators are responsible for health & safety on site, raising near misses and suggesting solutions.
• Manual handling & FLT operations ensuring all system transactions are completed in full.
• Delivery of area KPI's for area worked.
• Reporting of any issues / obstacles to hourly KPIs to Shift Manager / Supervisor.

Competencies/Key Skills Required

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within warehouse / labouring environment.
• Reach Truck licence essential.
• An understanding of H&S is essential as well as to demonstrate knowledge of safety requirements within a busy Warehouse environment.
