Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham- Basic up to £35,000 DOE - £50,000 OTE year 1, £70,000 OTE year 2, £100,000+ OTE year 3 + Bonuses!

What your day looks like:

• Working as a 360-recruitment consultant you will utilise the tools of the trade attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates to opportunities.
• Writing engaging job adverts that attract the level of candidates required to match the brief of your clients
• Communicating efficiently and professionally between candidates and clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with all people from all levels
• Business development to grow your connections and add to your earning potential
• Keeping highly organised by being proficient in using IT and administration skills
