Team Description:

Seismic is a global top 100 cloud company, enabling GTM organisations to deliver end-to-end buyer experience to drive efficient business growth. We are the category leader in sales enablement. The International GTM leadership team is comprised of industry experts from the technology and innovation sectors with deep experience in scaling grow-phase businesses. The regional marketing team is instrumental in building and expanding Seismic's market leadership, developing funnels and delivering pipelines, internationalising the business to a global success.

Are you an experienced B2B Marketer specialized in Financial Services who is passionate about campaign, ABM, and customer advocacy? Do you have a strategic mindset for building out programmes, and the grit to put the plans in action? If so, we have the opportunity for you! We are looking for a seasoned Financial Services Marketing Leader to join our growing international business.

Reporting directly to the regional Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for robust strategy development and successful implementation of international marketing programmes to help scale Seismic's brand and pipelines in the financial services segment, with specific focus on thought leadership, campaign performance and inbound pipeline generation. You will also represent Marketing and engage with regional Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Alliances teams to collectively develop new processes and insights to underpin international go-to-market strategic priorities. This role is based in London.

What you will be doing:

  • Build Seismic's presence and generate pipelines in the Financial Services vertical in the international markets.
  • Drive strategic priorities, implementation, performance management and community building.
  • Example of tasks include the following:
  • Regional and local Financial Services marketing campaign planning, execution and performance optimisation in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Build and extend Seismic's market leadership in Financial Services.
  • Build inbound pipeline across the international territory, with a particular focus on our tier one markets.
  • Build organic and earned advocacy at scale.
  • Identify opportunities for case study creation.
  • Collaborate with other marketing colleagues, leveraging each other's best practice to maximise performance.
  • Support regional Head of Marketing on activating marketing priorities.
  • Participate in regional marketing budgeting and planning processes.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Financial Services background preferred
  • A collaborative and positive attitude
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment a plus
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English. French speaking is a bonus although not critical.
