We are working on behalf of a leading logistics company providing a comprehensive range of supply chain solutions to clients across Europe. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security, they are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to support them in achieving ISO27001 certification.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Information Security and be responsible for the following:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing information security policies and procedures in line with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, CIS or PCI best practices.
Conducting regular risk assessments and identifying vulnerabilities across the company’s European operations.
Maintaining the information security risk register and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Providing support to internal and external audits related to information security.
Investigating security incidents and managing the incident response process.
Working with stakeholders across the company to ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Developing and delivering training on information security awareness to staff across the company’s European operations.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience in obtaining and maintaining cybersecurity best practices and certifications such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, CIS or PCI.
Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations and standards.
Familiarity with the current cybersecurity threat landscape and emerging technologies.
Understanding of the principles of physical, virtual, and cloud architectures for systems and networks.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing information security policies and procedures.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel across Europe to support the company’s operations.
Desirable:

Recognized information security qualification such as Security+, CISSP, or similar.
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes.
