I am seeking an inspirational and artistic Executive Pastry Chef to expertly and collaboratively lead a strong Pastry team for one of the world’s most iconic luxury hotels and country estates in Scotland, UK.
With a culture of surpassing expectations and creating exceptional hospitality experiences for guests I am searching for a passionate, confident, humble and warm character to lead the creative, driven and high performing Pastry Team.
We are also open to International candidates as part of the International Sponsorship programme.
Catering for the daily needs of 9 restaurants and bars across the estate the team continually evolve their product to serve the varying demands of the business from fine dining, afternoon tea, brasserie and room amenities to stunning bespoke private dining and events.
