Job Description

We are a dynamic eCommerce agency specializing in Email Marketing and SMS, and we're looking for a Rockstar Email Copywriter to join our team! As our Email Copywriter, you will be responsible for producing captivating email campaigns that will leave our eCommerce clients' customers begging for more. This includes email and SMS automations, weekly campaigns, and pop-up copy.

This is a remote role, so you can work from anywhere as long as you're able to communicate with us ideally in the schedule between 4am - 4pm EST (but don't worry, we're flexible).

You must be a great writer with a talent for crafting engaging and conversational copy that converts. It's essential that you know what makes great marketing copy and have previous experience working with eCommerce brands or email marketing agencies. If you know your way around Figma, you're going to get some extra points.

Responsibilities:

• Write 10 emails per day for various e-commerce brands, adhering to brand guidelines
• Create captivating subject lines to increase email open rates
• Have high understanding of how to increase CTRs writing persuasive and engaging copy that converts subscribers into customers
• Collaborate with our email marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies
• Conduct research for brands you are writing for when onboarding new clients

Requirements:

• A person who has English as their first language with excellent writing skills
• Proven experience in email marketing copywriting, preferably within an e-commerce setting, but we might consider e-learning as well
• You are detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• You are not afraid to write BOLD copy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Portfolio of emails you wrote - ideally with results (OR, CTR, PO)

Compensation:

• We’d start on per email compensation for the first two weeks to see if you are the right fit. We are all about the results!
• We are willing to pay $10-$20 per email depending on your skill level.
• Salary for the right person is between $2500-$4000 per month
