We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter to join The Vineyard Restaurant on a full time, permanent contract, working 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. As a 365 day business you may be required to work evenings / weekends / bank holidays.

Summary of role:

To assist the Restaurant team with ensuring the smooth running of The Vineyard Restaurant, while providing a warm and professional service to our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the restaurant team in the preparation of the restaurant and back of house areas ready for service.
• Delivering food and beverage from the kitchen to the restaurant stations or to members of the restaurant team.
• Assist our restaurant team with the preparation and polishing of plates and cutlery for service, along with condiments and other service wear.
• Ensuring all opening and closing duties are adhered to.
• Support the restaurant team to ensure the best level of service is provided to our guests.
• Be available to assist in other departments when other duties permit.
• To attend & complete all training assigned to you.
• Any other reasonable request.

About You

We are looking for a Commis Waiter, who is dedicated, hardworking, polite, a team player and customer focused.

Full training will be provided.
