Akara Bakery, located right in the heart of the East End is currently looking to hire a Part-time Barista/front of house staff member

The ideal candidate will have:

• A warm and friendly personality
• Very Clean & Organised
• Must be flexible regarding shifts
• Great attentional to detail
• Commitment to delivering a high level of hospitality
• Awareness of how to deal with customers and complaints
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Barista experience of 1 year or more (preferred, not essential)
• Focus, be hard-working and committed to teamwork
• A reliable and honest nature
• Please love all food

The Job Role:

• Serving food and drinks
• Making Tea & Coffee
• Take food orders & understand food
• Interacting with customers
• General cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of work space
• Good eye for visual merchandising
• Stock take / cashing up

• Part-time position
• Must be flexible regarding shifts
• 10-20 hrs per week
• 2-3 days a week
• Shifts are between Monday to Sunday
• Between the hours of 8am & 5.30pm
