Job Description
As Project Manager-ERP Implementation, you will help us implement an ERP platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other related technologies. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to plan, analyse, and drive the system's successful implementation while ensuring that our airline catering platform and associated services align with our strategic objectives. You will manage the project from planning to execution, control and close, ensuring that all the work is delivered and tested for quality.
- Defining the project scope, schedule, and deliverables; and working closely with internal stakeholders to recognise their needs and expectations.
- Develop and manage effective project governance, including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
- Work effectively with third-party partners and ensure their delivery to the required standards.
- Schedule, track and ensure project deliverables, budget and milestones are delivered to plan.
- Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Driving project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software and deploying ERP platforms.
- Good understanding of ERPs modules and terminology, including the critical areas of functionality
- Leading the team through the various stages of the project, from planning and design to implementation, testing and adoption.
- Conflict resolution skills are essential to mediate and keep the project moving forward.
- Vendor management to contracted deliverables, service levels and standards.
- Ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processes.
