The Partnerships, Experiential, Brand Activation & Events division is looking for an experienced Account Manager - someone who thrives on managing partnership relationships, client events, has a passion for stakeholder and partner engagement and an eye for creative detail. This will suit someone who has a solid couple of years experience at AM level under their belt, or the equivalent work experience client side. This role will specifically be managing a large scale, long term projects alongside supporting the wider experiential, partnership, PR and ATL marketing activities on a wide range of projects across sectors including food and drink, travel, charity and government.This is a role within the client services division, which means that you’ll ensure that you are meeting the client’s needs, solving strategic problems, and keeping projects on track. You will have a minimum of 2 years agency or client side experience (Account Manager level) working in events and stakeholder/partner engagement or brand engagement, promotions, activation.Day to day:Managing stakeholder mapping and engagement, writing and leading marketing strategy for your clients
Managing event logistics (both on and offline)
Meeting and engaging with stakeholders and partners, building strong client relationships (this is key)
Writing pitches, proposals, and stakeholder communications where required - great writing skills required!
Working with the award-winning creative team to produce brilliant, effective work
Working with internal teams and external suppliers, inspiring confidence
Financial management – estimating, quoting, and invoicing (good attention to detail
Time management – creation of timing plans to meet client deadlines
Documenting project progress – status reports, contact reports etc

The ideal candidate will have events, experiential and in particular Partnership experience, (perhaps some PR too).
