This role is responsible for leading the Air Account within the Digital Solutions organisation at Digital Defence Services. The role holder will be required to oversee a multi-discpline team (directly and indirectly) and is responsible for developing and communicating the strategy and plan for this critical account. The role holder will create an appropriate Business Winning environment through substantial market understanding, planning, positioning and the development of opportunities and capturing business.
The role holder will be a member of the Digital Solutions leadership team and will be required to lead their broader account team in the contribution to business objectives of the Digital Solutions business. Build opportunities for account growth in line with strategy and create improved customer satisfaction and intimacy through the implementation of best practice. Meet objectives in line with the profit and loss plan and drives Order Intake (OI), Revenue and Profit Growth. Drive the strategy and growth for the account in coordination with the Strategic Growth and the Business Management Team.
This role will report into the Digital Solutions Account Director.
